Wished for coffee maker in room and hooks in room and bathroom to hang things on.
Very pleased that they held onto some things I left behind and I could pick up days later.

Great spot next to the beach, could be a little nicer for the money… staff was great, good restaurants near by, overall thumbs up.

Great place. An LBI classic. Initially there was an a/c issue, but the manager fixed it immediately.

We were there for five days and would have appreciated more than one day of full room service - which happened because we requested. Part of being on vacation is returning from being out and having clean room. Cleaning was fine once done. Room was too dark and lamps need bulbs with more wattage. We could not open the blinds for natural light as then guests could see in our room. Air conditioner was much too loud. Bed and TV were fine. Office staff were very helpful!

Thank You for the review, Lucy. We always inform our guests at check-in that we only do full housekeeping on request. We do however provide refreshes every day that includes coming in an taking out your trash and refresh your towels. We will look into your other complaints about the room.
