The location was great for day trips to areas around onekema,crystal mt and Frankfurt. Sad to arrive and find my room was filthy and when I brought it to the manager’s attention they apologized but their comment of well it’s not the Hilton still sticks with me also their website had pic of a pool and they list bonfire area neither of these amenities were there

It is important to look closely at the amenities and details for the property you are choosing to stay with to alleviate any confusion. We do not list a pool or picnic area on Expedia's profile where you booked you stay. We did offer you many options for meeting your extreme cleanliness needs, all of which you declined other than a partial refund which you did received. We do wish you the best and hope you find a property more suited to your liking in the future.

Room was clean and ready for occupancy when we arrived. Staff was friendly and we were made to feel welcome.

Staff was absolutley amazing, very nice and knowleable of the location. Offered maps and special beach location which was an absolute dream. Rooms were cozy, clean, and affordable. It was my wifes bday and the staff gave her a special gift. Ill be returning, they made our trip memoreable.

Nice and reasonably affordable
Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HotelsMy wife and I took a trip up North for our anniversary. The motels in Frankfort where expensive. We decided to stay at the Alpine in Bear Lake which was about 20 miles from our destination. It was much more affordable and was surprisingly nice. We would stay again.
