Place was dirty. Dirty sheets drywall wet and falling apart. Smelled bathroom was disgusting was scared to take a shower

You get what you pay for, but even this was below substandard. This location was repulsive in every way imaginable, save for bed bugs, to which we inspected the headboard and bed liner 2 minutes of entering our room. Room smelled like wet carpet and wet dog, broken lampshades, two beds, both mattress with a curl and felt unstable, mold around the toilet and the ceiling above the shower seemed as though it was caving in. We paid for 2 nights, and packed up the following morning, left (as instructed by the very friendly clerk at front desk) our key card in the hotel room with no intentions of EVER returning to hotel, to which we visited Beatrice at least once a year. If you visit Beatrice, which is a wonderful place, drop the extra dough on staying at AT LEAST the Victorian Inn, although the Home2 holiday inn is by far the best choice to stay in in town, although the Victorian Inn has an irreplaceable charm to it.

The hotel was safe and pleasant family. It was clean enough but stained on the floor if that matters to you. There was a significant Indian food smell

Check in was not easy for my traveling tech. They tried to make him pay when I had already paid. Place is rundown and dirty. Do not recommend!

The property was unattractive from the outside, but the halls, stairways, and rooms were clean. The front desk attendants were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and smelled fresh, and with a microwave and refrigerator. The bed was comfortable but the top cover had an unpleasant odor. Bathroom fixtures were old and worn, and very bright light shone around the window drapes all night. The breakfast was adequate but mostly pre-made or pre-purchased. The breakfast area needed a thorough cleaning.
