The property owners showed lack of professionalism. I booked through Expedia.com and made payment but when I got to the property I was told they were fully booked yet I had travelled over 200km.They grudgingly refunded me but I felt I was treated unfairly as they did not consider the inconvenience caused, my fuel etc but gave me exact amount yet I had also incurred some transaction charges.

We sincerely apologise for what happened. We had not consolidated/updated our bookings from all sources hence this unfortunate incident in a long time. We will certainly improve on this and wont allow that to happen again. For the affected guest we want to offer them a one day room for gratis within the next 6 months at our lodge.

Would recommend for short stays
