Came to stay here for a wedding in another town. Not a bad place. Doors slam so if you bring your dogs and they bark, be prepared for lots of that. The pool and hot tub are being repainted. Nice place otherwise! Sheets were clean and room smelled great upon entry. Even got to check in early!

The sheets were never changed, we had to get housekeeping to give us clean sheets. There were dust balls on the floor and there was no ice machine and pool was not even useable. This was the worst place I have ever stayed in.

The part of the bathroom with the tub & toilet was dimly lit & had no exhaust fan to vent the steam out of the room. The pool was not functioning. The pillows were uncomfortable for my dad to sleep on.

Upon arrival a distinct prevailing smell of marijuana usage, unusual at a smoke free facility. Staff was friendly. Our room was clean but, no coffee pot, no remote, chairs wouldn't have qualified for a yard sale. We had a couple of pillows and a remote delivered to the room, t v still didn't work. All in all a bad experience and we will not stay there again.

Pamela, I sincerely regret that you were subjected to the smell of marijuana. Marijuana is illegal in Nebraska and this is a smoke free facility. That being said, there are folks who will cross the line and break the law. We do the best we can to maintain our atmosphere. We have fresh coffee in our lobby 24 hours a day, you can even bring your own cup. Sometimes the HDMI cables on the backs of the TVs get switched, so I do apologize that the front desk attendee didn't fix the problem for you.
