So some one was in the parking lot high on drugs and the cops where called and the hotel kick me out said I was walking around knocking on doors and causeing problems and when ask for video they could not show the cops it and would not gave me a refund

Please Sir stop accusing the staff, there is nobody on property doing wrong things currently, we have few rooms occupied by workers. The cops might have been doing their job. There won't be refund since you stayed in the room.

The room was dirty and sheets had stains. The previous guests towels were still hanging in the bathroom. A Coors light bottle cap was on the bathroom floor the whole time we were there. Even after the cleaning lady came to service our room, it was still there. Towels had stains. I tried to find a different hotel after we saw the condition but everyone was booked.

Terrible place and a worse mattress!
Publié le 27 juin 2024 sur HotelsOur stay was terrible! Dirty, period. Bathtub had no plug. The desk staff gave us red duct tape to tape the drain. The room phone was not hooked up until we made a trip to the front office to tell them it didn't work. The room had filthy ceilings and walls. The walls were damaged and we had to get the front desk to come and see it so we wouldn't be blamed or charged. They saw it and said, "Yea, I knew about that, so don't worry about it." The TV selection was very good, though the screen was very small. The bed was TERRIBLE. Neither my wife nor myself got a good night's sleep. We both just rolled toward the middle, because the mattress was that old. The mattress had two cigarette holes in it, and we knew that because the fitted sheet would not stay fitted. Every time either of us moved at night, the sheet came off the corners and we could see the dirty mattress with cigarette holes.

Little hard to find as they do not have a sign up. Quite a bit of work/updating needed. We did have a good nights sleep. Who I believe to be the new owner, we talked with at check in, very nice young man whom we wish the best with his purchase.
