The main thing that really turned me off were the very worn sheets and blanket. The faucet was corroded and the lid to the toilet tank didn’t fit properly. There was dirt and hair in the corners and something had spilled in the freezer.

Not happy from Illinois

Breakfast was inedible. My bed vibrated from the pool filter motor. Also the pool that we were excited about, was shut down by the Nebraska State Inspection Department. The room was cleared of garbage once in a three night stay. Towels were never changed. Beds never made. Stained towels in the room with letter on the desk threatening a $20 charge if we stain one ourselves!

We do apologize for the inconvinience caused to you, as we talked at the time of your check out at front desk. We would have certainly offered you another room of your choice had the concern been raised on the 1st night from the guest. Also fresh towels can be requested anytime. Housekeepers do give stay over service from monday-saturday. The notice you find in the room was not to threaten you or any other guest, it is targeted for some workers who happen to mess the towels with the food supplies they bring in. Yes the pool was closed because there was an issue at the last moment and inspector has to close it down for couple days. That was unfortunate from hotel side. Again please always reach out to front desk, in case you need change of rooms or any concerns. We try to make our guest as first priority.

It was a nice property with restaurant close. The food was good and the service was friendly. We would come back!
