We had a nice visit. The property entrance is a bit difficult to locate, but nice to have on-site parking. The steps to the entrance are older and uneven, so hang onto the handrail. The wood plank flooring and art decor are fun, but the bathroom is "open concept", as there is no door. The amenities list states there is a hot tub, but we never found one. It also states there is a first aid kit, and we found a small plastic box with 1 bandaid and 1 antiseptic wipe in a sidetable drawer. As a nurse I'm not sure that constitutes giving your property credit for first aid. The towels and sheets were nice quality, and the queen size bed was comfortable. The toilet paper is see through single ply and could use an upgrade. The cold water in the sink ran brown water, but the hot side was clear. The lighting over the bathroom sink is very dim, and 3 bulbs were out in the chandelier, making makeup application challenging. Understanding this is an older historic home we gave grace to some of the issues, but updates to some amenities would be appreciated.
