The location was perfect for the Marine Bootcamp graduation! It only took approximately 10 minutes to get to MCRD. There were plenty of places to eat nearby. The breakfast was good the day we were there to eat at 6:30 a.m. It was quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It was a bed to sleep in. There was a spot on the wall for a smoke detector but it was removed. Shower curtain rod barley hanging on so both ends of the shower curtain kept sliding to the middle openning on both ends. The couch had mold on the middle cushion due to the fact that the room and the whole floor was very humid.

Staff greeted us and were a great help with pointing out places to visit locally. Facility was clean, updated, and quiet. Overall it was a great stay and will stay there again if in the area.

The only problem I had was the carpet needs deep cleaning or better still they need to change the carpet, but coverall my stay was superb 👌. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

Needs major updating. Air conditioners leaking water into the carpet, smell of mold and mildew in the rooms and hallways, carpet torn and stained, beds uncomfortable, employee got mine and another persons rooms mixed up so I got charged for theirs and mine and have yet to get reimbursed. Stay away from this place!!

While the employees were very kind, the room and property lacked cleanliness! There was mold in our room, the bathtub finish was flaking off in many places, dirty hand towel in the bathroom, the rug was wet around the AC, the room smelled of mold, it wasn’t vacuumed, hallways were hot, the hot tub wasn’t working- a worker said he knew nothing about how to work it or fix it, the pool area is very unkept with dirty pool towels laying around- mind you there wasn’t a single person in the pool area when we were there! So those towels weren’t picked up from previous days! I can’t say it enough, there has to be mold there! My whole family was getting sick just from a night there!
