The crew member that checked us in was very unwelcoming, unprofessional, and seemed annoyed. It was a shock because the Manager is very nice and professional. I did get a chance to speak to her( the manager) because no one should feel unwelcomed especially after driving for hours and expecting a nice friendly face with a smile.

By far the worst! Arrived at midnight to check in after a long drive and the receptionist was rude and laughed at our face because their system canceled one of our rooms. She also said they were sold out. As we walked through to get to one of our booked rooms we saw many vacant rooms. Rooms are by a busy highway and very loud at night. If you are looking to get a good night rest, this is not the place.

Overall the hotel was fine. Very clean Good hot breakfast Smaller rooms but that OK I thought the bed was a little uncomfortable If you don't like Interstate traffic & noise, don't book into this hotel. I really didn't bother me, This was not the hotels fault, but this particular electrical grid that the hotel is located on, lost power for about 3 hours as well as nearby businesses. Parking was directly parking in front of your particular unit Adequate close dining choices, but you had to drive to them and the access to these restaurants are limited due to a lot road construction detours
