Teenage boys in the pool area after 10 pm making lots of noise
Phone in room would not work to call front desk about it

This property claimed to be newly renovated. I'd say they got ripped off by the contractor. Bathroom door would not shut and looked like it was nawd on by a dog. Shower door would not stay closed. Had to jam a hand towel in way of rollers to keep it closed while showering. Was on top floor room 461 and elevator quit working day of checkout. Had to carry our belongings down 4 flights of stairs and I hurt my back doing so. No coffee available for breakfast. Just decaf in the machine. Also Orange juice came out as water. So not impressed with this place and I'm done with Comfort Suites. So many other choices. Just seemed to be a bandaid renovation.

Only stayed one night. Check in was quick & staff was friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Clean.
