Pour : pas grand chose.
Contre : Propreté, respecté le choix fumeur/non fumeur des clients lors des réservations.
Emplacement : En face d'un wend'ys, mais rien à faire sinon.
Horrible surprise que de découvrir un coton tige usagé sur le lit en entrant dans la chambre. De plus, j'avais réservé une chambre non fumeur et il n'y en avait plus ... Le personne ne parle pas très bien anglais. Pas top donc.

We were just looking for a room for the night so this hotel was cheap and we got what we paid for. This is a budget hotel and it shows when you walk in. There is no signage on the hotel, and the hotel parking lot was empty when we got there, so when we pulled up we questioned whether it was still even in business. Check-in process we had to call someone on the phone to come to the front desk. The guy was very friendly. It seemed like he was the only one working the hotel and just doing everything though. The room was small, but it was fine. Beds were comfortable. There weren't that many outlets in the room which was odd so charging devices was a bit annoying. Also, we needed an extra blanket and so I went to the front desk, had to call on the phone again, and was told they don't have extra blankets or sheets. That bothered me quite a bit. What hotel doesn't have extra blankets or sheets. Made we wonder what I was sleeping in that night.

Thank you for your feedback. Your review is a little confusing. We are awaiting our outdoor hotel sign which was delayed due to the owners. But management is doing what they can. Our new remodeled rooms have extra outlets, located next to the beds to make chargeing your devices easy. We added USB ports to the outlets to help our guest. We have staff available 24/7. Yes sometimes the staff is not at the desk all times, but that is why the phone is at the front desk. Our hotel also has new linens and blankets, washed everyday. Unfortunately our overstock supply has not come in because shipping takes time. But all the rooms have blanket that enough for the guest. All our rooms are deep clean after every guest. We change all our bedding every time. Cleanliness is our top priority for all the guest here.

Room was dirty. Pool/hot tub wasn’t working. Breakfast wasn’t ready on time or shortly after and many people were waiting. Don’t know when it finally was because we had to leave.

Dear Guest, our records indicate that your stay with us was over a year ago. Since then all our rooms have been remodeled with new floors, new linens, towels, pillows and appliances. Our continental breakfast is full stocked and always on time. Our hot tub spa is fully remodeled and fully working and open to all guest. Please don't spread false information.
