Nightmare

I booked this hotel, drove twelve miles out of my way and when I got there I was informed they had no rooms available. This was a nightmare! It caused me to find another room at a higher price and made for a terrible night and a horrible experience. I feel some compensation should be offered from your company to restore good faith in your company and services

A basic older Motel. It was mostly what i expected but did have hard time finding the person to check-in with. Otherwise quiet and functional space.

Don’t book this place, they are crooks or just ignorant. Most likely they are both. . Had a reservation this evening for a queen bed room, prepaid through Expedia. When I arrive at the property I am told “we don’t know how you booked a queen room, we only have a king room left” I said that was fine and they said it would cost $20 more. Excuse me? Why wouldn’t you give me your available room for what I paid? It’s not my fault you don’t have your act together. They just blamed Expedia and insisted it would cost more. I refuse to be extorted so I said they had to cancel on their end. I also got on Expedia while standing there and the king bed they just told me about was showing available at LESS than I paid for the original room! They blamed Expedia again and refused to honor that price on the room or my original price. I rebooked through Expedia and went elsewhere. I will say Expedia was amazing and had this sorted out in ten minutes on the phone for me refund wise. Super impressed with them. Patriot Inn is garbage though. Don’t stay here.

This property should be CLOSED DOWN! Every time we left t,the hotel employee entered our room and S$600 was gone from my wallet. Do Not RStay there. We had to leave prior to our checkout. I also think they have cameras inside rooms. Total invasion
