Sweet spot
Publié le 7 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayLovely little break from society in your very rustic piece of paradise. It's only a 1/2 bath as there is no shower or bath facility. When you say bring towels we naturally assumed bath towels not kitchen. Lol. Great experience .

Beautiful location
Publié le 29 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was our 3rd year staying here and we have never been disappointed! It's a spectacular place to stay. There's so much rustic charm in the place. You see so much wildlife and the sunrises are beautiful. The entire island is like going back in time. There's not a single thing we would change. The owners are great as well. Our power went out and I messaged them to see if they could find out when it would be back on and they responded quickly. It ended up coming right back on though. We are already planning our trip for next year!!

Perfect honeymoon get away

Turn off your brain
Publié le 4 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayEverything was amazing and comfortable and relaxing, only “issues” was a giant spider we came across in the bathroom plus all the little flies and spiders everywhere else but for a cabin on the water in beaver island it’s pretty much spotless

Publié le 14 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin was like stepping back in time(with some modern convenience)! Beautiful blue waters lapping at the beach. Warm cozy fires in the evening. Brilliant night sky views. We enjoyed the island, the bays and especially the cabin!

Quiet Get-away

Weekend birdwatching
Publié le 19 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThis cabin was perfect for our weekend birdwatching trip to Beaver Island. We actually had many birds right at the cabin! Although we were in "high bug season" the screens on all the windows allowed us to open everything up and enjoy the crisp spring air and the sound of the waves on the beach. This cabin is rustic, exactly as the advertising says, but is clean and has everything you will need. Keep in mind, there is no place for groceries, etc on the south end of the island. Make a stop at the one grocery store on the island in town before you drive to the cabin. We enjoyed the weekend here so much as did our pup, Maddie!

Idyllic romantic get away

Warm fireplace inside and fresh crisp air off the water flowing through the windows if you wish. Simply beautiful, relaxing, and special. Loved it, thank you!
