It was as we expected based on the online posting. The location was further from the village than we would like. Good parking out front and lots of extra bedding and mattresses for extra guests.

Cozy ski chalet, great view

This chalet was very cute and cozy and great for 2 families to stay. The view was beautiful, location was great, it was a nice and easy 25 minute walk to the village. The ski in/out was easy for kids.

very disappointed

This property was disappointing. Tired and run down. The exterior photo on the website is misleading because the photo shows 2 units and doesn't indicate the unit is the one with long, slippery steep stairs with no garage. But the neighboring unit with garage at same level is also shown. There is a no pet policy but we found dog hair on the kitchen floor and on the stairs. So housekeeping was not thorough. Speaking of housekeeping, upon entering the unit, we discovered bags of dirty laundry and trash from the cleanup prior to our visit. We contacted VACASA and someone came 24 hours later to remove it. We also had burned out lightbulbs in the unit. We shared that with VACASA and nothing was done to remedy this. Very displeased and disappointed with this property. Don't feel it was represented in a truthful manner.

Ski weekend with friends

Finding the property was easy. It’s in a decent location. Not terribly close to the village or lifts. The ski out isn’t bad. But not great. Have to walk down the road a ways (500m) to get to the ski out into the first set of lifts. The ski in was decent too. Follow the signs and stop when you see the property. It’s not going to be as good as a real ski in/out at a condo in the village, but it works. The place was clean and exactly what the pictures showed. The only real problem was there was no snow removal. When we arrived on the first day, it had snowed quite a while back and the stairs down into the property were a foot deep of snow. And the shovel to clear the snow was down at the bottom. Since this wasn’t done as it snows, the stairs were incredibly icy. We’re large men and did not feel safe on the stairs. It was deep snow and ice covered on metal stairs. Just awful. Now we don’t mind clearing the snow when it snows while we’re there, but not to have it clear before a guests arrival is just pitiful. It took us over an hour of work the clear the stairs and most of the ice. Some ice was so thick we weren’t able to clear it all. The shape of the stairs with the amount of snow indicates it hadn’t been done for a long time. Or really anytime it snowed. Also the the property has stairs down into it, which wasn’t in the listing. If there was someone with a disability or children it would have been nice to know when looking at the booking. All the other properties were direct walk-ins or a few steps up.

Great townhome, Management company isn't great

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at this location. There is amazing space for 2 families if so desired. The entry-way is always something I think is important at a ski chalet, and this was top notch with lots of space to hang items and to have the group in there together. Location is near the ski out to the Ridge day lodge, but a small walk downhill is necessary. Dealing with Vacasa was less than desirable. I requested a late checkout OR an extra night (which was available when I checked) and nobody returned my message until the day of checkout. I tried calling a couple times, and rarely got a solid answer. There is no local contact to ask immediate questions. Dealing with home owners is easier in other rentals. Just be aware that getting immediate answers is not an option with this management company.
