Welcome to The Treehouse (MOGULS BUILDING) where family and friends come together for the perfect getaway. Enjoying the slopes is made easy with Ski in and Ski Out accessible from the 6th floor. And when you're finished enjoying the amazing powder days Big White has to offer, you can finish off the day in the amenities room equipped with a sauna, hot tub, ping pong table, air hockey, and shuffleboard.

If you'd prefer to stay cozy inside this one of a kind abode, you can enjoy the main living space with 2 storey high ceilings and a huge TV to suit the space! located off the kitchen is the coziest games room for the kids to go head-to-head on any one of the number of games we have. Or take the stairs up to the second level where we have set up a foosball table.

This truly unique spectacular mountain view split level condo is located in walking distance of the village and offers a family and friends experience that will host a lifetime of unforgettable memories.

When you walk inside there is a huge foyer that includes racks for your skis and snowboards. There will be a bathroom on your right hand side and the master bedroom on your left. There is also an additional fridge in the foyer which can be used for all your extra groceries!

Master bedroom:

- king size bed
- side lamp
- side table
- closet for your clothes with a mirror

You will walk up a few stairs and be greeted with a kitchen, a large dining room table and a massive living room to your left. There is also another bathroom off the kitchen.

Kitchen:

- coffee drip machine
- electric kettle
- plenty of silverware, mugs, wine glasses, pots and pans, plates and bowls
- microwave, oven and fridge
- large dining room table with 6 chairs
- The kitchen is fully stocked with a drip coffee maker, large bowls, silverware, pots and pans, towels and dish rags, cooking knives, plates, bowls, coffee mugs, wine glasses and glasses.

I include coffee, coffee filters, tea, salt and pepper and cooking oil.

Living room:

- large leather couch set that includes a 3 person couch, a 2 person couch and a chair.
- a massive smart TV
- lots of board games

There are two bedrooms off the living room.

2nd bedroom:

- 2 single beds, side table and a lamp

3rd bedroom:

- 1 single bed, side table and a lamp

To the right of the dining room are two rooms with lofts.

- there is a futon couch
- game console
- side lamp and side table
- smart tv

4th bedroom:

- you have to climb a ladder to get access to this bedroom. You will have a double bed in the loft.

5th bedroom:

- one single bed below
- one double bed above in the loft. You have to climb a ladder to get access to this bed.

To the second level you need to walk up the stairs. To your right of the stairs us a games room and 3 beds. There is a foosball table and 3 spaces with beds. Two single beds and a double bed. There is also a closet for you to hang your clothes.. This is why we call this the “Treehouse.” This is the 6th bedroom.

To the left of the stairs you will see the 3rd bathroom on your right and the 7th bedroom straight ahead. There is a closet with extra bedding and and space for you to hang your clothes.

All bathrooms have tub/shower and we provide hand soap, body soap and shampoo and conditioner.

The suite is a 5 minute walk to the village. You can ski directly from the 6th or 8th floor onto the Moguls track which will bring you to either the Plaza Chair, Ridge Rocket or Snow Ghost

Guests have access to the entire condo. The condo comes with one underground parking spot. You can only get access to the condo by opening a lock box, which will provide you with a key for the building and parkade. You will need to use the door code provided to enter the condo. There is a shared hot tub and games room in the building. Please only park in the assigned parking stall. Additional vehicles will need to park in Happy Valley.

Please note that I'm available via the app or phone between 7am - 9pm everyday. If there are any issues between 9pm - 7am, they will be dealt with in the morning. If there are any emergencies please call 911.

This home is located a short 3 minute walk to the village where you can access everything you need from lift tickets, to restaurants, to coffee and gear shops. This means you can easily access the Gondola on foot which puts you in walking distance to all of the events and activities Big White has to offer!

Some of our favourite restaurants include Underground Pizza, Fourth Ace smokehouse, Sasquatch Sushi and Cantina Del Centro!

Once you park in the designated underground parking spot, you can leave your vehicle and journey everywhere you need either on foot or from the Ski in/ Ski out access directly to the run "Moguls".
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
This a no-smoking property.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
