The view was excellent that we could see the fireworks.also kids was really enjoy the equipments in the hotel.

Big White condo
Publié le 6 févr. 2020 sur HotelsSki in & out residence in Big White. Very comfortable and welcoming. Good facilities provided in the kitchen. Hot tub & swimming pool well maintained. Clean. I would stay again when we ski in Big White

we were on a ski holiday - the staff is very accommodating, friendly and very kind. Everyone's preference for bed types differ, but for me, the king sized bed in the master bedroom of unit 220 was much too hard for my liking, and I found it difficult to get a good nights sleep. There are no views from this side of the building - at this time of year we were looking right onto a snow bank. We didn't mind though as we were skiing all day enjoying the mountain

Excelente ubicación y bonito
Publié le 27 déc. 2017 sur ExpediaEl Hotel en general nos gustó,el personal de entrada no entienden nada .....hablan súper rápido y lo que tú les dices no te entienden,dentro de las instalaciones nos robaron una chamarra para esquiar,casco,gogles,guantes,alrededor de 1000 dólares por todo lo robado ....el Hotel no nos dio ninguna solución y de pilón no nos limpiaron 2 días seguidos el cuarto,la verdad que desgracia pues estábamos felices hasta qué pasó esto,fue muy triste que no les importara,de plano hicimos el check out un día antes.

Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate all feedback as it assists to maintain a high level of customer service.
All of our housekeeping team are completely bondable and have passed a police check before entering Canada to work for us. After our investigation it was determined that both staff members that had serviced your room were not involved in any wrong doing. Our Security Team attended as well as our Executive Housekeeper and followed all policies and procedures for our investigation, our recommendation was to file a police report. We continued our investigation and searching around the resort and will continue to check lost and found stations and will contact you immediately if the items are found. We are confident our team was not involved in any theft. We do apologize and will be in touch if any of the items are recovered.

Pour : The rooms had all the facilities we needed and the pool and hot tubs were a great way to end the day.
We loved the Sundance Resort. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great ski in/ ski out holiday.
