Unfriendly and not what I expected

My reservation did not state that I was reserving a handicapped room, but that is what we got. It was on the first floor and had parking lot noise as well as noise from the hallway. The sink has a crack in it. A good place to harbor germs. There is no counter space in the bathroom. I can’t recommend this particular location. Also, the desk clerk never smiled while we were interacting with her.

I got in at around 2 pm, I know that check in is at 3pm, I was going to ask if they would let us check in early but the desk clerk doesn’t even say hello, just started saying “check in is at 3, we don’t have any rooms ready “, and made us wait, when I came back close to 3, she said that they were short staffed. While I’m understanding that it’s hard when that happens I don’t expect people to be rude as it’s not my fault that it happens
