Large villa set on it's own hillside. Private drive and spectacular views. Sleeps 8 people in 4 rooms, 1 double bed, 2 king size beds and 2 singles bed.
Large outdoor seating area, outdoor eating area and large kidney shaped pool.
3 showers and toilets. Fully equipped kitchen and state of the art large 'Egg' BBQ. TV, DVD player and good wifi.
Only 5 minutes to the local village Bedar with lovely bars and shop.15 minutes to the sea and amazing blue flag beaches and restaurants and shops. Spain jewel white wash hilltop town, "Mojacar" and Spain famous Garrucha town' famous for its prawns and fish restaurants only 10kms away. Casa Los Angeles is the perfect family getaway. Great Villa
Lovely large villa, great pool, brilliant location. Suggestions would be more bedside cabinets/tables and mirrors in bedrooms, and a pool umbrella for shade. Had a lovely holiday.

Great villa and location
We had a wonderful stay at Emma's villa and would recommend. We found no difficulty in finding the property but we did look on Google maps and satellite first. Yes if arriving at night you may miss drive. Pool was fabulous and views great and so quiet. No aircon but we have avoided using even if properties do as end up not aclimatising and get a cold.

Mi experiencia en esta vivienda vacacional fue profundamente decepcionante. Desde el momento en que llegamos, notamos que algo no estaba bien. Nos acusaron injustamente de hacer ruido excesivo y de tener más personas de las permitidas en la casa, lo cual no era cierto. Además, nos cobraron 150 euros sin proporcionar ninguna prueba o justificación válida para esos cargos adicionales. La falta de transparencia y la actitud acusatoria por parte del propietario o la empresa de gestión de la propiedad dejaron una impresión muy negativa en nuestro grupo. No había evidencia creíble de que hubiéramos causado problemas significativos o que hubiéramos excedido la capacidad permitida. Este incidente afectó seriamente nuestra experiencia en esta vivienda vacacional y dejó un sabor amargo en nuestra estancia. No puedo recomendar esta propiedad a otros viajeros debido a la falta de integridad en la gestión y la imposición injustificada de cargos adicionales.

Overall, amazing property! Suggestion: Coffee machine missing, some pans in the kitchen should be replaced, some kind of fence on the access road could be a good idea.

villa entre mer et le beau village de Bedar très agréable à vivre, propre et très confortable.
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette villa ; très bien équipée ( juste pour améliorer il manque une cafetière car l'italienne ne va pas sur les plaques et les différents poeles et sauteuses ne vont pas toutes sur les plaques à inductions non plus) Tout fonctionne parfaitement , tout est propre et est fait pour le confort des vacanciers . La piscine et le jardin sont bien entretenus . Les vues sont magnifiques, Bedar est un joli petit village blanc ainsi que Mojacar ; Les plages accessibles rapidement sont très agréables ; Tout est réuni pour passer un super séjour ; Merci Emma pour cette belle location.

Difícil acceso.Estaria bien dar las coordenadas para GPS.pues la explicación que se da,no está clara.El camino que lleva a la casa crea inseguridad si vas con un coche familiar por no tener vallas o árboles que la delimiten pues al lado hay un barranco.Hay que maniobrar con mucha precaución La casa está aislada,muy tranquila y es acogedora.La piscina fantástica.Una potente barbacoa.quizas estarían bien colocarla en otro lufFalta equipamiento: en la cocina no hay tostadora,ni batidora.El menaje,platos vasos,tazas no está completo por lo que hay que usar diferentes tipos.Faltan cucharas grandes para cocinar,pinzas ....La nevera llena de hielo por lo que hace mucho ruido y los cajones del congelador están rotos.La campana extractora no funciona. No se puede ver la television nacional,únicamente hay canal satélite con todos los canales en inglés.No hay explicación de cómo funciona (hay 6 mandos a distancia??.) ni de la clave wifi..Mosquiteras rotas.Si estuviera mas cuidada estaría muy bien.
