A perfect getaway!
Publié le 3 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was just as described. The views were breathtaking. The hosts were accessible and so friendly. The location was perfect for accessing the parkway. The only thing I would change was the length of the stay…. it ended too soon!! I will definitely be looking to rebook a stay.

Cute little place!
Publié le 7 août 2024 sur HomeAwayMy boyfriend and I met up with a friend in the area and needed a place to crash overnight. Definitely nice coming to a cute little farmhouse after a long day of driving. Very cozy and well kept. If we're ever in the area we'd like to book again!

Publié le 2 août 2024 sur HomeAwayIf you are looking to quiet your mind, body, & soul, this is the right place. I came for a four day stay in desperate need of mental and physical rest. I found rest, healing, peace, and a sense of safety within my life because I had let the chaos of life take control for so long until I was a shell of myself. I would recommend a retreat here regularly as self-care for oneself, or as a couple, to nurture what’s important in life. Accommodations are perfect, cleanliness impeccable, furniture feels like it hugs you (the kind you sink into). Bedding is luxurious. Only clock is in kitchen which is great - I ended up removing my watch and put away my phone - really unplugged! Grounds, gardens and views are gorgeous. You’ll get out of this experience what you’re willing to relax into and surrender. Definitely will return.

Christine met us when we arrived and she was so sweet!! We are planning our return to enjoy another season on the mountain tops!

We appreciated the personalized welcome sign, fresh roses, chocolate and coffee. The peace and quiet at night assures a restful sleep and you feel the tranquility the moment you step on the property. The owner is most welcoming with information and truly has the gift of hospitality. This is an idyllic getaway, perfect for a retreat.
