This is our second visit to Bay Report. The staff is always extremely helpful and the room is clean and comfortable. We like to open the slider and see the beautiful bay! I would definitely recommend a stay.

I have sleep in fox holes that smelled better. Checked in and checked out 5 minutes later.
Hopefully I get the refund the desk clerk promised.

The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly an welcoming! The hotel has been updated which is nice. The bed was really hard which im not used to so i was uncomfortable. One suggestion would be to take the carpeting out of the rooms...my grandbaby ran around barefoot in the room and her little feet were black from that carpeting.
