Nice hotel, shame about the food options
Publié le 5 sept. 2024 sur HotelsPleasant hotel, rooms are comfortable and the staff are very helpful when asked but won’t engage otherwise. self check-in takes ages, so I would advise doing online prior to arriving if possible. Food in the hotel is burger, pizza, hot dog and salads, so if you are over 18, then you’re probably going to eat out which means driving or going to the neighbouring hotel

Was moved to lower standard property Willows Training Centre due to low occupancy at Woodlands Event Centre, so didn't get to actually stay here. Weren't going to reimburse difference in room rate, but gave me upgraded room when I complained. Staff all friendly, obviously trying hard to be eco friendly.
