mal logé .

l'acceuil est excellent , mais l'ambiance est morose , et , horreur ,ils ferment tout chauffage dans la chambre à partir de la soirée !!! le lit est pourvu dun drap et d'une couette beaucoup trop fines, j'ai gelé , je n'ai pas fait de remarque parceque ca ne sert à rien,mon compagnon a fait les mèmes remarques , chambre 15 et 16 ,

Dear guest, Our interior decor is often complimented due to its blending taste and attraction. The heating is not turned off during the night, you are able to adjust the heat in your room using the adjustable knob. If you were having difficulties with the adjusting heating then you should have informed a member of staff who would have happily assisted you. Instead of commenting to the staff, you decided to leave a negative review regarding a matter that could have been easily solved, making your review pointless. In future, please communicate with the staff so that they can assist you accordingly.

Il faut avoir le sommeil lourd

La chambre est un peu encombrée, la literie pas confortable et ils ont besoin de travailler l’insonorisation des chambres on entend tout dans les couloirs, les autres chambres et la route devant l’hôtel est très passante et on a l’impression de dormir dehors tellement on entend les voitures. Sinon le service est très bien, personnel souriant et aimable.

All of our room’s modern and new furniture had been adjusted to fulfil a set fitted structure in order to best accommodate our guests needs and wants. Regarding to the noise coming from the out side, there is nothing we can do, as we are located in the main street. Comfortable stay with friendly service

Everything clean and comfortable and a good night's sleep. Plentiful free parking. Continental breakfast generous and good value. Staff attentive and welcoming. Decor quite glam and quirky and a pleasant change from the usual anonymous business hotel vibe.

Rod Price/ Johanna, What’s funny is that you were sitting in the bar drinking with your husband while leaving this review. Rather than speaking to the staff on-site, you decided to leave this review with a slapped emotion on your face. You were given a free upgrade and rather than being appreciative of that, you’re leaving a negative review. The shower is a standard size, I’m not sure what more do you want. What is inviting about a shower? You use it for the purpose of showering and you leave, it isn’t for a hot tub or jacuzzi for you to sit there for hours.The bar has plenty of selections of drinks, yes they are bottled beers and if you didn’t like it then you shouldn’t have been drinking in the bar for as long as you were (over 3 hours while having numerous rounds of drinks), you should’ve gone to the nearest pub and slum it there. It’s not a pub to have draught beer now I can see your taste where it’s coming from. And the restaurant is always closed on Sundays and Mondays. It’s nothing new that it’s closed. If you did your research before booking you would have found this information on our website, on OTA websites including Hotels.com where you booked from, and even more so it stated it on your booking confirmation so you had no excuse to complain about it when you’ve been plenty informed. It is your fault for not checking before booking a room, rather than booking a room and expecting something we don’t provide on a specific day.Did you not read before you booked your room here about when is restaurants closed and when it’s open? Where did you find that restaurants will open along same time with Hotel? It doesn’t really matter to Verve if you do not stay here even we don’t welcome here nosy, rude and unimpressed people.RegardsEmmanuelaMain Office.

Good Evening, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, However I feel as though this is a brief insight into your stay. How were the facilities/the staff/the restaurant/ check in etc. In relation to your comment about the bathroom smelling of urine, I do think that is a peculiar comment as the bathrooms and the rooms were cleaned before you arrived. If this was an issue, I would have hoped that you would have communicated it with the staff on site rather than leaving this negative review. The bathroom is actually used for that purpose, so it could be that the smell only came following your usage as you didn't quite specify. In future, do let the staff know and they can assist you while you are IN the hotel.
