Loved the pool deck
Publié le 12 août 2023 sur HomeAwayLarge piece of land for dogs to run. very peaceful loved sitting on the pool deck relaxing with the beautiful view of the property. Stores still close enough to get in what you need. They provide all the basic necessities, kitchen well stocked, decorated to adorable. Communication with owner and checking was great, would definitely go back.

Very clean cute little cottage along woods.
Publié le 12 oct. 2021 sur HomeAwayClean comfy cottage along woods. Great outdoor setting. Screened porch great for taking in night or morning sounds and fresh air while relaxing. Owner very attentive. There are neighbors down below but still a lot of privacy. Will stay again!

Publié le 5 août 2021 sur HomeAwayThe place is off the beaten path but right next to neighbors. We were looking for something more back woods. However the Cottage is clean and has all amenities you need! Including rafts for the pool, doggie dishes, hand soap, straws, drinking cups.
The only things to bring are ice! An Axe to cut fire wood (they only supply big logs and do not have an axe

Hi Amy, we want to make vacation rental easy for everyone, and we're sorry if you felt caught off guard. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
-To avoid guest confusion we try to make our listing as clear as possible and clearly state that the cottage isn't secluded. There are two neighbors, one on the other side of the privacy fence and the other at the bottom of the property.
-Our location provides guests ample space for our guests with quick access to great outdoor adventures. When finished exploring the cottage gives guests modern comfort and great wooded views not seen in cities.
We appreciate your feedback as we are always working to provide each guest with a wonderful and memorable experience.

Short but sweet weekend
Publié le 19 juill. 2021 sur HomeAwayWe had a very nice weekend. The cottage is very clean and homey. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and by the campfire in the evening. Shawnee lake is nearby and is a great spot for any outdoor activities. The screened in porch is a great place to watch movies after a tiring day at the lake. We would recommend to anyone and plan to come back again
