Would rent with Mike again and

A fantastic place for the price!!!
Publié le 28 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayWe went as a large group, and this VRBO was perfect for our needs. Lots of beds, a very open floorplan, and incredible rates!
The views were phenomal! We had an enjoyable afternoon at the firepit, and a fantastic cook out on the grill (one of the best I've ever used).
The biggest issue we had was that there is only one bathroom/shower in a VRBO that sleeps ten, but honestly, it wasn't a big deal
A small warning though: the driveway is at a very steep angle, and some of the pavement is a little cracked. If you have a car who's bottom is very low to the ground, the underside may get a little scratched up getting in. I wouldn't drive anything super fancy here

Great location for a big group!

The house is cozy and in a great location relative to Mammoth Cave. Took a big group here for a university fall break trip, we had a lot of fun and were very comfortable at this property.

You should rent if your main goal is being on the water as much as possible. House was fine, a bit outdated but had what we needed. Upstairs was a little warm, especially the room with the bunks. The hosts were fantastic and didn't mind that we showed up a bit early due to the time change. Great location on the water with a boat ramp directly across the lake and lots of people watching.

A fun and relaxing experience for us all

Access to the dock kept everyone entertained (we brought our own canoe, which was well worth the effort). We’re looking forward to returning when the weather is a little cooler and taking advantage of the fire pit. Only suggestions are that we thought there was a dryer, but there’s only a washer and there weren’t enough towels and washcloths for everyone. We made it work though. Certainly didn’t ruin our stay! Thank you for sharing your place with us.
