There was an issue with EXPEDIA overcharging you for your stay and our lovely staff recommended that you take up with Expedia direct as Expedia is where you booked and payed. Unfortunately when this happens it is necessary for you to take up with the booking platform direct. Great Value Hotel

We loved our stay at grand Oakes resort. The rooms are comfortable and we enjoyed the continental breakfast . Would definitely come again.

We are very concerned to receive such a review. We have looked into this and everyone that encountered you during the stay. Although there was a flickering light in the bathroom on your arrival and we moved you into another room of the same style straight away there was no other concerns. You had a drink at the bar and were given a free snack while this happened then failed to return for a dinner reservation that you made. We are left confused.

Everything was great we loved having restaurant as we didn't have to go back to town meals were fantastic staff did over and above made our stay most enjoyable we will visit again
