Owner greeted us in her dressing gown at 5pm. Gave us the key with limited instructions. Not sure if it was guests or owners in the room next to us had music playing, talking, laughing, arguing until 3am in the morning. Not happy

Why say you can get breakfast and dinner but you cant.
When paying your bill you go to give them your card and thay have already taken it out if your account, so that is not paying for it when you get there.
Office hours are only from 7.30 to 9.30am so if you bget there after 2pm there is no one there.

The room was spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable.
Unfortunately, the reception was not manned when I arrived there at 5:00pm, despite the sign. A text message told me how to get my room key from a secured box. Although breakfast was available, there was no menu in the room, and nowhere to take it as the reception was not open. The television did not work (probably because the remote had flat batteries). Again no one to help with this. Perhaps it was fortunate because the TV was on an angle of about 15 degrees!
Parking was totally insufficient. About 7:00pm, another resident came to my room and asked if I could move my car from my space, so he could back out of his space safely.
Although the photos matched the motel, the service effectively did not exist.
I could not recommend this motel based on my experience.

The room smelled bad. Stuffy. I realised, on seeing the full ashtray outside the room, why. The tray had not been emptied. Also, it is stated in the room manual that smoking is not allowed in the rooms though the smoker can tell others to keep the doors and windows closed! The owners don't realise that smoke smell stays with the smoker when they return indoors.

Weekend stay for business.

You could not see through the glass doors on the wardrobe, they were so grubby with fingerprints everywhere and stains on the lounge, probably could do with a good steam clean. Even though it was summer, the pool looked like it could do with a good clean. I did not have a spare toilet roll. I know it was the weekend, but the office was not open, and I could not ask for extra coffee or the toilet paper. I had to leave around 10.00am each morning but thought the office would be open by that time. I did not see any cleaners or staff after I checked in. Parking is a little tight, not a lot of room. The hotel is not right in town, but you can walk, about 15-20 mins. I would stay again, only a few minor issues and the pricing is reasonable for a motel room.
