Très bel hotel, confortable,belle vue

Personnel aimable et serviable, mention spéciale à Remi qui a pu m'aider avec mes problemes techniques de téléphone et de wifi. Seul bemol: le spa. Je suis venue me faire un massage pour me relaxer. Je suis tombee sur des employées parlant très mal anglais, pas très attentionnés dont le seul but semblait être de me fourguer le plus de prestations possibles pour augmenter la note plutôt que d'ecouter mon souhait et de s'occuper de mon bien être. Comportement de marchands de tapis indigne d'un hôtel de cette qualité.

Deluxe service and feel like home

And especially the service is exceptionnal, and the Concierge also help me so much by booking sightseeing ! Ask for Cola, the best concierge !
