The staff does not speak any English. The bathrooms are in poor condition mold buildup around sink. Cigarette smell throughout. Old rugs. The place is a dump or at least the section they walked me two which was another building separate from where u check in. That's an experience I never want to have again.

The room was very clean The staff tried there best with English But the fact they do not speak and there are no directions to the hotel - Nobody new the hotel Took us more then 2 hours to get there from the train station subway and 2 taxi 2 good things If you want Chinese breakfast for 15 tan ( 2.20$) They have shuttle to the airport

It is located near the airport in a village. The Hallway does not smell good.

It was a good experience. They provided airport shuttle service and tried theur best to assist us.

I stayed at the green tree for an overnight layover flight due to its close proximity to the airport. The check-in process was a bit frustrating, specially after a 14+hr flight... The staff was unable to communicate as no one spoke English at the hotel, they had trouble locating my reservation and they do not accept international credit cards (only local bank cards). I’ve worked in the hospitality industry and have never come across a hotel that operates in such way. Additionally, they have a small restaurant adjacent to the hotel. We ordered a meal that we thought was something else (again, we couldn’t communicate with anyone due to language). The meal was also very high in salt so we sent it back and ordered something else. They charged us for the meal we didn’t eat. Overall, the room was clean but I would not stay there again.
