Le personnel ne parle pas anglais et il n'y a pas de navette pour l'aéroport comme indiqué. L'hôtel est assez vieillissant et bruyant. On est loin de ce qu'on peut attendre d'un hôtel Mercure.

Le service était mauvais : personne ne parlait anglais dans l'hôtel. Le principal problème venait de la propreté. Des cafards et autres insectes dans ma chambre. Des tas de poussières sous le lit. C'est inacceptable!

Cet hôtel possède un bon rapport Qualité/Prix.. Chambres un peu "vieillotes" mais propres. Le balcon pour chaque chambre est plus très appréciable. Personnel accueillant et buffet petit déjeuner de bonne qualité.

It was a beautiful hotel and very nice. However, only Chinese can be spoken at the hotel's front desk. It's better to use a translator.

The hotel is in a pretty central location, it’s pretty close to Hopson One mall which has plenty of shopping and dining options. The air conditioning units are abysmal and no matter how low you set it, the temperature in my room was averaged between 21°-23° the six nights I spent there even with the AC set at 17°. Staff are kind however they do not speak any English as advertised. It took an unsuccessful phone call, a visit to the front desk, two translation apps and three employees to answer the question ‘What time does the gym open?’. No smoking signs are place throughout the building however it’s so widespread that I could not only smell smoke in but saw several guests smoking and there are ashtrays throughout the corridors of the hotel that are regularly changed out which seemed very contradictory. It’s half-decent for the price but I would not stay again.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the MERCURE BEIJING DOWNTOWN.Beijing stop supplying warm air after March 15th, start providing cold air in May, and stop cold air in early October. From November 15th, we will turn on warm air, so the air conditioning will be natural for two to three months, with neither cold nor warm air, this period is in spring and autumn, which is the most comfortable season in Beijing. Due to everyone's different body sensations, we deeply apologize for the unpleasant experience you had this time. We will strengthen English training for our employees, in order to better serve foreign customers. In the meantime, my team and I look forward to welcoming you back to our Hotel in the near future.
