Spacious and close to public transportation with a 24-7 convenient store and restaurants downstairs. Front desk is friendly and helpful.

Big mistake!!!!!! Not recommend for tourists

Manager very accommodating and friendly given we arrived very late at night due to train being delayed. Used phone to translate into English. Manager was very polite and helpful. Could not fault her for her customer service. However the reception was a room within the building itself. The building, corridors, lift and our room stenched of cigarette smoke to the point it was overwhelming even though there were no smoking signs. The room had dust so thiick on a ledge and the lounge was worn peeling vinyl. The beds had a wooden board over the springs and a thin foam mattress so it was like sleeping on the floor. Using the shower the cigarette stench intensified so much you had to get out. We realised the water hitting the shower curtain was releasing the absorbed smell. We also saw the curtain was covered in black mould!!!! By morning we could hardly breathe from the stench of cigarettes and back pain from the bed we decided we could not spend another hour let alone a week here. Even our daughters were feeling it. Felt so sick by the time we left. I can not describe just how bad the cigarette stench was so shockingly sickening. It took well over an hour to check out and organise reimbursement of our money which didn’t arrive till about a week later. Not recommend for tourists!!!!!! Should have realised when the taxi driver at station had no idea how to get there!!!!

If you are a foreigner, you have to fill out forms at 9am the first morning. So if you have a connection flight that morning like we did, and wont be there to fill out forms, they will kick you out and refund your money. So at 1030pm we had no hotel and went back to airport to try to sleep on the bench, There is no info about this on the website. Had google translate to communicate which still makes for limited communication

There is no reception, theperson didn't speak english, after one hour calling trying to communicate with the person he came, the appartment was in another building than the one stated... it was not clean and in need of some maintenance... very dissapointed, wasted my time. will never go again.
