Excellent hotel
Publié le 2 oct. 2009 sur ExpediaGrande classe retro mais tres fonctionnel. Service irreprochable (butler individuel). Bon rapport qualite/prix (35% moins cher que Paris ou New York). Taille et situation ideale.

The beds need an upgrade. Great room- excellent staff, excellent location but a little disappointing to feel springs in the mattress.

The service at the St. Regis was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the immaculate room to the personalized touches that made my stay truly special.
The accommodations were luxurious and well-appointed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch.
The fitness center was well-equipped, but the equipments were outdated, It would be perfect if they were upgraded to keep up with the luxurious positioning.
In summary, my stay at the Beijing St. Regis Hotel exceeded all my expectations. The exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and outstanding amenities made it an unforgettable experience.
