This was our honeymoon stay directly after our wedding. We booked a suite for 2 nights to celebrate. We had requested honeymoon ammenities and the hotel confirmed it. We reached and room was dull and empty. Half our luggage was in the room and the other half was still in the luggage room. The second day we tried to go to the SPA and they told us in was fully booked, we saw no one in the treatment rooms and we later saw the staff all gathered at the spa lobby, not busy at all, which made us doubt if they were really fully booked. The cherry on top was that while at the spa pool, i called to ask a champagne glass to celebrate my wedding and the phone operator was not cooperative at all. It really felt like none of the staff wanted to do the necessary to give us a memorable stay at a hotel we used to take pride in. So sad!

Dear sir,Thank you for choosing to stay in our hotel and for taking the time to share with us with the valuable feedback regarding your stay with us . I will definitely take your comments into consideration and share it with the Spa staff and the reception about your complaint , regarding the honeymooner amenities but the fact the room service tried several times to take the amenities to the room but it was always DND .
