Very welcoming staff; always smiling and helpful. I wanted to name those who stood out but it is truly all of them. The facility is very nice and clean, and the location was perfect for me. I would not stay anywhere else on my next visit. Thank you Citea staff for being friendly!

We stayed before at the hotel during a previous visit. We decided to book it again. Our stay was good with the exception of the food smell at night & in the morning. There was a problem with the ventilation. Our room was on the 10th floor not far from the rooftop restaurant.

The stay was fine, property is clean, safe and complimentary underground parking is highly appreciated in this busy area of the city. However, the checkout process was terrible and ruined my experience. It is a pity that the hotel resorted to ruse at the last minute during checkout (when you are in a hurry to leave for the airport) to try to overcharge some incidental expenses (mainly breakfast) in the local currency and applying ridiculously low exchange rates. Since I interacted with two different persons during my uneasy checkout process, this is more of a hotel policy rather than a personnel attitude.
