Quaint with amazing service
Publié le 10 août 2018 sur HotelsQuaint hotel in the city of Aley. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We appreciate that they went out of their way to go to a store at night and pick up some necessities for us (they would not even accept a tip). The WiFi worked well. The hotel room itself was very spacious but old and definitely needs renovation. The A/C only worked in the bedroom and cleanliness could be improved. But overall, I would stay here again.

the hotel needs to be updated with maintenance , almost nothing was working ,
the people working there are very professional and trying their very best to
cover up the problems , they kept apologizing
