Personnel très agréable, propre,kitchenette appréciable, machine à laver utile ; bon emplacement. À faire à 200m le restaurant la crêperie! Il manque juste un service petit déjeuner. Mais nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Séjour compliqué ! L’hôtel Hayali Suites est un hôtel mais aussi un appart hôtel. Les réservations effectuées sur hôtels.com ne le mentionne pas. Problème, à partir de 14 jours, vous passez en formule appart hotel : nettoyage de la chambre une fois par semaine, wifi payant par jour et par appareil (5$), électricité payante. Vous apprenez ces conditions une fois sur place, c'est dommage. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées (penderie, électroménagers etc.), seul hic, l'entretien est très aléatoire : douche qui fuit, machine à laver inondant la pièce, bouilloire non fonctionnelle, etc. Sur 5 chambres réservées, aucune n'était parfaite ! Le personnel n'a qu'un mot à la bouche : monthly rate : en gros, en formule appart hotel, il faut se débrouiller pour tout. Il faut donc se battre pour obtenir le minimum : une serpillère pour éponger la fuite du lave-linge à 23H ... tout problème nécessite une longue discussion. Feedback après 14 jours : l’hôtel est pratique (quartier calme mais à 15min à pied d'une grande rue commerçante) mais l'entretien est trop superficiel.Le service est minimal et il faut se battre pour obtenir le minimum.

Good stay

Good stay, room was ok had plenty of closet space, kitchenette, mini fridge and a small washer but no dryer , you have to wait an hour before hot water works, love the shutters to block sun light, loved that there was a hair and nail salons next door. Good price for stay

Pretty nice hotel, very friendly staff as well as very clean .. We really enjoyed our stay there for 10 days and definitely will stay there again next time we are in Lebanon! The internet is not very fast but this is common thing in Lebanon I think. We lost one cup of tea and got charged 7.5 USD when I checked out which I think quite expensive for a cup but I was aware of that when I did the check in so It is all fine :)

Very bad service to the customers,

First the Hotel sign outside says it's 5 starts which is a LIE, they are 3 stars only, then the check in is a must require to pay off the entire stay (10 nigts in my case), it's their policy but is not written in someplace or warned in advance, i believed they don't really trust anyone. another important point is that they don't change to a clean sheets but after 5 days or so of your stay, they only arrange and fix your bed and of course clean the bathroom, and the most critical review is that they are not friendly letting to anyone bring food or bevarege to eat and drink in the lobby weather from outside or from the room. it was very annoying. The rest i think is a well maintained structure and in a ok place in town. The bed and room size were comfortable to sleep. So i hope i have helped out with my review in advance about their rules to whoever is going on there.
