Every night when we are sleeping there will be people swimming and screaming all night long even tho the rules is to
Close the pool at 11pm
We would tell the staff and they won’t do anything about it

Upon receiving your complaint, we upgraded you to a higher category Prestige Suite, situated farther away from the swimming pool. We are pleased to hear that this resolved your initial concern and that you were satisfied with the new accommodation.However, I am truly sorry to hear about the ongoing disturbances from the pool area at night. Our policy is to close the pool at 11 PM, and it is disappointing to learn that this rule has not been enforced.
