Definitely the place i would come back for another stay in Beirut

I made a reservation for a VIP room for my wife for a week. However, upon her arrival, she was unable to use the room due to staff negligence, and she ended up sleeping in the lobby. The hotel owner apologized and offered to provide her stay complimentary as a gesture of goodwill, but we have not received any financial compensation either through Expedia or in cash.

Thank you for your review. Please check the accuracy of info above. Your wife first stayed for 5 nights in our highly rated hotel. Then, she decided to extend her stay for another two nights. I believe she was satisfied with the service, location and room she was in (an upgraded one) and the compensation she was given on site (cash) in addition to the complementary stay. She also confirmed receiving an an email from Expedia in that regards. Thus she received dear compensation in cash on site and in generous refund on Expedia. Hope to be of service to her in the future and yourself also.

bed sheets and pillows were very fresh and clean, room is modern and convenient.
the reception guy was very polite and helpful.
it is not far from airport , it is excellent for one night rest before travelling
