Beautiful property; poor amenities and service
Publié le 23 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayOne week before arrival i replied to the emails send by vacasa/vrbo; 3 emails to ask for local persons contact.
Did not receive any reply on the emails.
So we had to wait by the gate.
Had to call to vacasa USA, several calls, a mess.
Once entered the property, big was the surprise when we saw the walls full of dirty traces in all chambers!
Oxidation from the fans made a complete mess. Bedsheets, walls, all full of sprinkled oxidation.
Also only 1 towel per person for the whole stay (4days!) so for the beach and showering, only 1 towel….
No kitchen towels available.
No cleaning help available during the stay. Nobody came for a quick cleaning or for handing over more towels. At the price rented, we assumed this is included.
Would rate this stay at half the price we paid for…
