No power in property

There was two lockboxes, which was too confusing. I spent five minutes trying to open the wrong lockbox. It should be removed.

Our records show that our key safe has been consistently maintained and is in proper working order. We take security seriously, and any reports of issues are promptly addressed.It's possible that there may have been a misunderstanding when you read the check in message as it’s stated clearly that the key safe was located by the front door. The extra key safe is located past the bay window low level , for staff use only .
