The appartment was stellar. The personnel was very responsive and helped us dithyrambiques our demands. What we l’inéducable les was that It was a bit further of the areas we d’antédiluvien to visit.

Terrible management no clue how to handle customers. Manageress called me but couldn’t hear her as she was babysitting with the noise of crying kids

Paschal,We hope you were pleased with the early check in we were able to arrange for you on your early morning arrival and the complimentary room upgrade was to your satisfaction. Our guests also are delighted with the free parking onsite which you were able to avail of on your two night stay with us. You requested to speak to a manager even though you were told it was their day off, therefore reception staff called a manager to satisy you. Sorry that when we took the time to try resolve your issues raised you still were not happy. You complained of early check in charge but staff prepared a room early at 11am for you. Your issue raised regarding construction vans in the carpark was infact a linen delivery and another guest parking their van when cctv was checked. Pet charge was an issue - which is clearly stated on expedia at time of booking.We hope to serve you better next time.

We got a room for 4, top floor, could smell breakfast every morning. Breakfast good. Delightful
We were not in our room a lot, but cozy. Spacious great room to hang out in, and talk about the days adventures.

I paid for a room and private bathroom but when I got to the hotel they told me I had a room with a bathroom across the hall. We just stayed a night so it wasn’t too inconvenient for us but they should be identifying that in their advertisements/booking tools.

Hello Natasha, thank you for staying with us and sharing your feedback. The room you booked is our only room with an external bathroom and clearly states that. We confirmed that with you on arrival that the bathroom is private next to the room and no an ensuite which all our rooms are. We also ensured if we had any availability for an ensuite, we would upgrade your room. We apologize if it caused any discomfort to you.

Booked for one night so my student daughter could attend the US consulate for a visa.
She felt very safe, said the room was lovely and comfortable. Walking distance to the consulate so no worries about late transport etc.
She was able to leave her luggage (no bags in the consulate building) while she attended her appointment.
