The included breakfast was sufficient to get a good start to the day. The room was very quiet and clean and was as expected. Nice walk in shower. Evening front desk clerk was super helpful and polite. Fitness room was OK.

The hotel itself was exceptional. The staff were the most helpful and friendly I’ve ever come across in a hotel. The free breakfast was very good. The area the hotel is situated appeared run down. And the walk to the city centre from the hotel was 20 mins which was a little further out than we would have liked. Having said that there was always taxis available if needed.

Great hotel for a great stay
We stayed here to be close to the city centre and were very impressed with everything about the hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient, our room was so clean and comfortable, breakfast was included, ample and good quality and there was secure car parking at the rear of the building. We will return and would recommend 100%.

Bathroom flooded and lack of service.
The first day I jumped in the shower which promptly flooded the bathroom so I used all the towels to mop up. I reported the issue to reception who said they would get someone to have a look and I explained we would need new towels. When we returned in the evening nothing had changed. The towels were still saturated and left on the floor. We went to reception again to explain this issue and we were given some towels and tea bags. No effort was made to solve the problem just a half hearted apology was offered. Apart from the the rooms were a good size and bed was comfy.

This hotel has recently been refurbished! it was like new inside. Lovely room, bed was so so comfortable. No complaints. Breakfast was good too.
