Wonderful Waldo Retreat!

We enjoyed exploring the towns of Belfast, Camden, Liberty and Bangor. Thank you for sharing your awesome home with us! We will definitely be back!!

Great hidden gem!
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved our stay and were so grateful to have a place to come home to after long days at the lake with our (local) family. Location is definitely off the beaten path and it’s very easy to miss the driveway at night without any markers but easy enough with GPS. The grounds/gardens were beautiful! If we didn’t have family nearby to visit, we would have loved enjoying/exploring the outdoor space. The home was stocked with anything you might need, extra blankets/pillows to all the kitchen gadgets and even recipes on the cabinet doors. Lots of activities for kids as well. We’ll definitely be saving this for future visits! Thanks for a great stay!

A very nice cabin the woods
Publié le 22 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin is beautiful, well equipped, and an easy drive to Belfast. Communication with the property managers was excellent.
Belfast is very nice and the walk along the river was just excellent. Aside from groceries we only did window shopping which was abundant.
I marked the location three stars as the woods, as you would expect, were very buggy with very many ticks. Not a great spot for dogs.
Otherwise very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Just as described
Publié le 26 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe didn't spend a lot of time in the cabin, but it was a clean and comfy home base for our travels. Our 5 yr old loved the bunk beds and the toys (and the piano) and had fun finding the little birds and animal decorations throughout the cabin. The cabin is quiet and secluded, but just a short drive from Belfast, which is one of the most charming towns we saw in Maine.

From Va to Belfast Maine
Publié le 16 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayAbsolutely loved our cabin. 3 adult women here visiting my son who moved her in June 22. We shopped ,ate and did a few road trips. Cooked one meal for all of the family. Weather was in 60’s in Oct. Had a great 5 days.

Lovely quiet location
Publié le 19 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayThis property was spotless, well appointed and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Would love to come for a longer stay. Beautiful, quiet location. We missed the driveway but our host answered our call immediately and helped us spot it right away!
Close to many options for day adventures!
