Room was small, beds were uncomfortable, continental breakfast was okay, location was easy to access. Was told parking was free on side street but was given a ticket because parking was restricted.

The breakfast we offer is free of charge with an option of buying vouchers for cooked breakfast at a café nearby in 10 pp. Parking is free on street and we recommend the side street. The main street or on yellow lines are restricted and it's mentioned too. Hope you have safe travels.

Our overall stay at the Number 11 Warren was okay. The room was as expected and very clean. Bathroom was also very clean. Parking is very, very inconvenient. It says on the description that parking is available but they should make it much clearer that it’s “Limited Street Parking”. We were lucky with getting a spot but there is no parking on property. Just the side streets. That was annoying. The breakfast is ok - just cereal and pastries. Coffee is alright. Also no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage, you will have to carry it up flights of stairs.

Hello, thank you for sharing the feedback on your stay. We are pleased you found the property clean. The side street parking is free and also main street within timings. Breakfast we offer is complimentary with an option of buying breakfast voucher in 10 pp for cooked breakfast at a cafe nearby. The building is accessible by stairs only as it's a Victorian house. We have sister properties to explore in your next trip to Belfast. Hope to cater you better next time.
