Hotel liegt sehr zentral, Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet, Frühstück sehr gut, Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The overall feeling was that it is run down hotel with an odd smell, not very clean. The room is small. Breakfast was good. The location is good but noisy. There was a celebration of the hotel’s anniversary in their restaurant at the same floor, with loud music banging until midnight. We didn’t expect it. In the room we found everything that we needed except convenient electrical outlets. That was a little annoying. The staff was welcoming. It was ok for one night.

We are sorry to hear that you have experienced inconvenience during the stay but you have been informed about the celebration at the restaurant when you did the check-in. The room you have chosen and staid in has been renovated few months ago so we are not sure about the comment about the "smell" and the outlets, since we have different type in our country. The reception would have gladly gave you an adapter, if you asked.However, we do hope that you have found something pleasant during the stay and that we will get a second chance to improve the impression.Kind regards,

Location is topnotch. It is right at the centre of Belgrade.
However the facilities really let us down as the bathroom drainage got clogged and flooded.

We are sorry to hear that you had an inconvenience during the stay but, as it is mentioned at the check-in and also written in the room, only toilet paper can be thrown in the toilet and, unfortunately, you thrown wet wipes which caused the flood.We did our best to get the handyman to arrive as soon as possible to fix the issue.However, we do hope that you had some pleasant time with us during the stay.Kind regards,

If you are expecting a big entrance into the hotel then this is not the place for you

I so want to give this property 5 stars, but the hotel allows smoking in the breakfast/dining room. I had to move my food to another table, and ate fast, because people started smoking at breakfast. Ugh.
The reception staff is terrific. The room is fine. No complaints. None. But the smoking wrecked everything good.
I stayed for 4 nights. I won't return.
