Un petit hôtel dans une impasse calme. Le personnel très accueillant et efficace: quelqu'un nous a attendu jusqu'à 2h du matin à cause du retard de l'avion. Le lendemain on a eu 1h de plus piur le check-out et on a pu nous reposer. La personne à la réception a donné tous les renseignements sur les restaurants, le transport etc. On a pu laissé nos bagages pour faire un tour en ville avant de rependre l'avion. L'hôtel est propre et bien équipé et très proche du centre-ville à pied. Je recommande fortement

Le personnel est très conscient des besoins des invités et ils font de l’extra quand ils le faut. Comme par exemple se déplacer pour aider quand ils ne sont pas à leurs heures de travail.

Dear guest,First of all, thank you for leaving your rating, unfortunately we cannot agree with it. From the moment you enter our hotel, even before entering the room, you start finding faults. You didn't like the location of the hotel, then you said that there was no Wi-Fi, water, or air conditioning in the room. Of course none of that is true. You didn't even set foot in the room and started listing the problems. You demanded that we pay for the new hotel and return the money you paid for your stay with us. When your requests were rejected, you started yelling at our staff and threatening them with physical violence when they leave the hotel. During your entire stay, you refused your room to be cleaned, but you complained that the maid did not clean the room even though you put a sign on the door saying no to enter the room. Until the last moment spent in our hotel, you were rude to the staff. Your verbal attacks even led us to call the authorities and thus ensure the safety of our employees. All our previous guests had only words of praise about the hotel and our staff, because they were welcomed as family and friends. We will continue to provide the best service to all our guests, and we wish you all the best, we are sorry that you decided to leave a false rating, because you did not manage to extort money from the hotel.Best regards,Veneti Suites Team

Hiç tavsiye etmiyorum. Telefonla arıyorsun bulamıyorsunuz giriş kodu alıyorsunuz gündüz OK gece dönünce çalışmıyor Otopark bir garip sözde var ama yer yok Kendi arabasıyla gelenler için tavsiyem başka otel bulsunlar

Both times you were met by a colleague, you were shown to your room, explained which codes are for the front door, and which are for the door from your room. When checking out, you left satisfied and scheduled a return visit. We are sorry that you felt the need to spread such misinformation, when all you had to say was thank you during check-in and check-out.. Our receptionists and housekeepers were more than friendly and accommodating and met all your needs, so statements like this on your part are unfounded.
