we tried to get in touch with the owner, but it was not possible, in any way, he did not answer either the messages or the phone. I communicated this to VRBO, that I cannot get in touch with the owner, but I ran into a stupid robot, which did not solve my problem. When we arrived at the property, the host was totally surprised, she didn't know she had guests. We left and came back late at night, just to sleep, because we had no other solution. I want refund, but not from the owner, from vrbo, witch was responsable for lack of comunications.,

The owner was super nice and the house is actually decent, however, the owner didn't know about our arrival as he took of the house years ago from the website... we god a solution in the end, but the website did a very very poor job...
