le séjour s'est bien passé, les employées sont super sympathiques, l'hotel est un peu loin de la ville, il y a pas grand chose a faire dans les alentours

Bon hotel pour une nuit à Belize city

Pour : le personnel, le petit déjeuner, la piscine
Contre : la pression de la douche
Emplacement : nous ne faisions que transiter
Arrivée tardive en avion, nous devions passer une nuit à Belize city, le Best western a remplit toutes les qualités que nous cherchions à savoir : une chambre confortable, propre, du silence, et un petit déjeuner revigorant !

This is great for coming in from airport. Our issue was the noise wtihin the hotel. There was a gathering of a local company and once they were done at midnight it seems the party continued until after 2am. No staff to quiet them. They were really loud so the staff was well aware there was noise.

Got to hotel early. They told us they would get us to a room as soon as it was available and stored our luggage. Checked again on room 2 hours later still waiting for a room to get ready. Went on a tour arriving back at hotel 2 hours later to be told the over booked. We had already paid for our room! And they booked us into another hotel that we know nothing about. We spent 7 hours waiting for a room.

Overall pleasant experience.
The dining staff went over and beyond to ensure the group was happy with their meals.

We liked that it was newly renovated, the beds were comfortable and the staff was very and accommodating. The local bus was right outside the hotel.
The dining room service was excellent, but the food was a little pricey and be more flavorful like Belize.
Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend the hotel highly.

Very friendly staff and I loved the onsite transportation. The rooms are very spacious and modern. The property also has an excellent bar and restaurant.
