Beautiful and clean

Comfy and central location
Publié le 14 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was a lovely property. The little roof top area was a nice place to relax outside. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. I actually forgot toothpaste and there were travel size packets waiting for me. The location is great for exploring Belize city and it is easy to get to the water taxi downtown if you’re interested in taking a day trip to an island.
Carolyn was so helpful and responsive. She made sure we were well taken care of.

Great guesthouse

Solid location for point of embarkment.
Publié le 16 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our time at Belama Phase 2 for it’s central location within Belize City and the country as a whole. Certainly any attraction was reachable within 2 hours by car or water taxi. North South or West.
The community was one of the nicer ones we saw in the city and the locals were friendly to be sure. We felt safe.
The issue for us was that we were on a tourist vacation and despite the balcony behind the unit there was no where to relax outside that made you feel like you were on holiday. Property had limited area and lots of work needs to be done on presentation of exterior.
Inside there were all the amenities you could ask for including TV’s in every room. Climate control was easy and effective. Water pressure in Master Suite left something to be desired along with toilet leaking noise.
Carolyn was very helpful and attentive to any request we made of her and acted quickly. She also gave us good connections for Tours etc through Randy.
