The property and people were great starting with the doormen, hotel staff, restaurant employees, maids and front desk staff. Annika was a great concierge. All of the front desk staff was great and informative. Adean, Chloe, and Clotilde (I think) were great. Adean went above and beyond to acquire a product for us and Chloe made us feel like family. I appreciated that parking was included since many attractions that didn't include a group tour were not in the neighborhood. I hope to visit your new facility in the future. Keep the same warm atmosphere!

This property and the people were great. Starting with the doormen, maids, and restaurant staff, whose names I don't know (except Grisela, I think) but each and every one of them were wonderful. Adean, Chole, Annika and Clotilde (I think) were helpful as well as everyone else at the front desk. All the staff I encountered was friendly and welcoming. Adean went above and beyond to get a product for us and Chole really made us feel like family. I hope to have a chance to visit again. We had a car and I really appreciate the ability to park since much of what we did was some distance from the hotel.

All of the staff were extremely friendly, we also got a complimentary upgrade to the penthouse which was deluxe. The pool and lounge area were clean and comfortable. A great place to stay in Belize City. Right on the water, but easily walkable into down town.

Nice hotel for the area. Clean property and friendly staff. Was disappointed that the music came on a t the pool at 7am and the cleaning staff was eagerly cleaning around me while I was reading outside at 10am. We did venture out to dinner on foot. The treehouse restaurant is very good and great portions.

This is a good place to stay if you are going to Belize, unfortunately there is not competition so not many choices. Belize City isn't a place to stay and there is not beach.

The staff was very helpful, professional, courteous and friendly. The hotel was also clean & smelled lovely. Rooms were a bit small, but comfortable and clean. Food at the Tree was delicious.

Hotel was fine within its boundaries. But there is nothing around it. Hallways were freshly painted but they smelled paint all the time. We could not go on to balcony or open the balcony door because of swarming mosquitos. You are forced to eat at the hotel restaurant unless you get a taxi. Hotel restaurant had limited menu and very expensive! Tours offered by the hotel concierge is at least twice expensive as you could get online! Total rip off!

I love they arranged airport transportation for guests. They also had a concierge to book tours. The onsite restaurant food was great. Conveniently located near the Belize sign, lighthouse and water taxi terminal.
